These 8 sessions come with a bonus session of health coaching prior to workouts beginning, that focuses on your NUTRITION and GOALS to ensure your personalized workout is the best for you! You will come away from these sessions feeling comfortable with exercising with weights, focusing on balance and muscle strength.
Our nutrition coaching is based on a concept we call SOL Food– Sol Food is that which provides nourishment for your body that will allow the body to return to a balanced, healthier state, free of ailments that make everyday living challenging. The goal of Sol Food is to remove foods and toxins that are causing inflammation and unease in the body, lending to an unwell internal environment. After the bad stuff is out, we nourish the body with foods that have a long history of providing healing qualities and nourishment.
With weekly emails guiding on your path through nutrition, you will receive weekly emails that teach you some important nutritional foundations for longevity and health.
